TÂMA is inspired by the Greek tradition of offering — an act of gratitude, a gesture that connects the everyday with something greater. Here, this idea takes form around the table.

Set against the backdrop of the Aegean Sea and the iconic Temple of Apollo, TÂMA brings together landscape, history and atmosphere in a setting defined by stone, fire and soft light. As day turns to night, the space transforms into a place of quiet energy — intimate, elemental and immersive.

The cuisine, curated by Chef Elpida Morfouli, is rooted in the land of Naxos. Guided by a farm-to-table philosophy, it highlights local ingredients through a refined yet honest approach — where simplicity meets creativity and every dish reflects the rhythm of the island.

More than a restaurant, TÂMA is conceived as a ritual of gathering. A place where food, people and setting come together in a shared moment — under the stars, by the fire, overlooking the Aegean.
